Ava Mason is the Executive Director of Treobytes, a nonprofit dedicated to closing the STEM opportunity gap for underrepresented youth. With a background in biochemistry and supervision management technology from Purdue University, Ava has worked in pharma, biotech, and life sciences, hiring over 200 professionals and recognizing systemic barriers in tech hiring.

Passionate about creating change and educating the community, she founded Treobytes to equip students with hands-on STEM skills, career pathways, and self-efficacy. Through education, mentorship, and industry collaboration, Ava is committed to empowering the next generation of innovators and ensuring equitable access to technology-driven careers.
